I’ve done something similar before, but I wanted to do some time lapse photos of the snow yesterday.
Here’s my attempt from about 2 to 4:30:

Here’s my attempt at some time lapse phtoography.
It shows the progression of the snow storm outside our office window on Market Street. I took photos beginning at 1 p.m. at about every half hour.
(Note: I had an early photo showing barely there snow, but accidentally deleted it – whoops!)

It’s supposed to snow big here in the Valley today, so make sure to send me your snow pictures – I’ll post them here!

Keep checking at dailyitem.com for updates on snow conditions and any road closings, and I’ll let you know what I’m seeing out and about tomorrow.
If I have one complaint about winter it’s the snow. The stuff that turns the streets of Central PA into a nightmare for drivers and ruins your new pants and shoe.
[Note, "snow" is not to be confused with my sister's adorable cockapoo, "Snowball."]

But if there’s one thing I do love about snow – it’s that it makes for some cute pictures.
There’s nothing better than taking pictures in front of a snowy field all bundled up or more beautiful than seeing a barn and farm covered under a layer of white.
I’ll definitely be posting my favorite snow scenes from around the Valley here – and please send me your snow photos – I’ll post them here so we can compare vantage points.
So bundle up and break out the smartphone – winter has arrived in Pennsylvania!
